  • 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped coarse
  • 1 sq. baking chocolate, chopped coarse
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp. strong coffee
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with coffee. Stir until smooth, then set aside.

    In small bowl, beat eggs, sugar and salt until fluffy.

    Add heavy cream and beat mixture until it mounds slightly.

    Beat in chocolate mixture until well blended.

    Spoon into serving bowls and top with whipped cream.
