  • 1 bar Chocolate

    Mince the chocolate, add it to a small amount of the heavy cream and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.

    Immerse the bowl containing the chocolate in ice water to cool it a little!

    Once it's cooled, add the remaining heavy cream and whip.
