- 1 pkg. graham crackers
- 1 large box sugar-free chocolate pudding
- 1 carton 1% white milk
- 1 large pkg. lite frozen Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. chopped (fine) pecans
Directions

1Mix pudding with milk by directions on package until thick. Stir in half of large container of lite Cool Whip with mixer until mixed; this will be soupy.

2Spread a small layer of this mixture on bottom of dish (9 x 9-inch).

3Layer every other layer with graham crackers; spread pudding on crackers.

4Last layer should be pudding.

5Sprinkle pecans on top for icing.

6Store in refrigerator.
