- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. whipping cream, sweetened and whipped
- 1 c. whipping cream, sweetened and whipped (for topping)
Directions

1Mix the gelatine and sugar in a medium saucepan.

2Blend in milk.

3Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.

4Do not boil! Remove from heat; add chocolate.

5Stir until chocolate melts, then beat with whisk until smooth.

6Stir in vanilla.

7Chill until almost set.
