Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 large beaten eggs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 3 c. fat free cool whip

Directions

    Beat eggs with an electric mixture on high for 3 minutes until thick.

    Gradually beat in sugar.

    In a saucepan, Heat 1 cup half and half until very warm.

    Gradually add in egg mixture, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes over low heat.

    DO NOT BOIL! Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted and cover and chill for 2 hours.

    Fold cool whip into chocolate mixture until uniform and serve.
