- 2 large beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. half and half
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 3 c. fat free cool whip
Directions

1Beat eggs with an electric mixture on high for 3 minutes until thick.

2Gradually beat in sugar.

3In a saucepan, Heat 1 cup half and half until very warm.

4Gradually add in egg mixture, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes over low heat.

5DO NOT BOIL! Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted and cover and chill for 2 hours.

6Fold cool whip into chocolate mixture until uniform and serve.
