  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 large box chocolate pudding
  • grated chocolate

Directions

    Mix together the first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

    Allow to cool. Mix next 3 ingredients and spread over crust.

    Mix pudding according to box directions.

    Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread Cool Whip over chocolate layer.

    Top with grated chocolate. Chill overnight.
