- 80 grams Unsalted butter of margarine
- 80 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Chocolate bar
- 25 grams Walnuts
- 100 grams Cake flour
- 3 grams Baking powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Pure cocoa powder
Directions

1Roast the walnuts in the oven for about 5 minutes at 170C.

2Place the butter in a heatproof bowl, then put in the oven.

3(Melt in residual heat.)

4Combine the dry ingredients, and sift.

5Mix the batter until it becomes like mayonnaise consistency, and add the granulated sugar into 2 batches, then mix.

6Add the beaten egg little by little, and continue mixing.

7Add the walnuts and mix.

8Preheat the oven for 180C.

9When blended, add 1/2 of the sifted dry ingredients, and fold in.

10Add the milk, and mix.

11Then add the remaining dry ingredients, and fold in.

12Pour the batter into the cups, and put the pieces of chocolate bar on top.

13Bake in the oven preheated to 180C for about 30 minutes, then they're done!
