- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/4 c. walnuts or pecans
- 1/3 c. orange juice
Directions

1In heavy 2-quart saucepan, cook undiluted milk and chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

2Remove from heat.

3Add crushed wafers, sugar, 1/2 cup nuts and orange juice; mix well.

4Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

5Shape into balls 1-inch in diameter. Roll in remaining nuts.

6Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

7Yields 4 dozen.
