- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and cooked
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat eggs at high speed until light and lemon colored. Gradually beat in sugar.

2Reduce to low speed and beat in flour and butter; mix well.

3Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and flavoring.

4Turn into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake at 350° about 40 minutes.

6Serve warm or cold with sweetened whipped cream or ice cream.
