  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 c. oatmeal (Quaker oats)
  • 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 pecans (optional)

Directions

    Put sugar, margarine, cocoa and milk in nonstick boiler and bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute.

    Stir in oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla and pecans quickly.

    Drop with spoon onto wax paper.
