Chocolate On Chocolate Pie

- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked chocolate pie crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, combine the sugar, butter, cornstarch, eggs and vanilla.

3Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour the mixture into the pie crust (may substitute regular pie crust). Bake for about 40 minutes or until filling begins to pull away from the sides of the crust.

4Cool.

5Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
