- 24 Oreos
- 1/4 c. oleo, melted
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 c. and 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Crush Oreos and mix with 1/4 cup oleo (melted).

2Press in 9 x 13-inch pan and chill.

3Spread softened vanilla ice cream on crust and freeze.

4Mix milk, sugar and chocolate.

5Stir and cook until thick (25 to 30 minutes).

6Add 1 tablespoon butter and vanilla and allow to cool completely.

7Spoon over ice cream and return to freezer.

8Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.

9Put in freezer.

10Keeps 2 weeks.
