- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 box unsweetened Baker's chocolate
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. salted peanuts
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt until well combined.

2Ball into small bite sized balls and chill for 1 hour. Melt chocolate, adding 1/2 teaspoon oil if too stiff, until smooth.

3Grind peanuts.

4Dip balls 1 at a time into chocolate until covered.

5Roll candy ball in peanuts until covered. Refrigerate until set.

6Store in a cool, covered place.
