Chocolate Pecan Pie

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour and cocoa together.

2Add margarine, eggs and milk.

3Then add pecans and vanilla.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. About half way through cooking, place a piece of aluminum foil over pie to prevent crust from getting too brown.

5Make sure pie is dry to touch before removing from oven.

6Makes 1 deep-dish pie.
