- 1 c. Karo syrup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- unbaked pie shell
- 1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Directions

1Boil syrup and sugar about 2 minutes.

2Pour slowly over eggs stirring well.

3Add butter, vanilla, nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

4Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
