- 2 Eggs, whole
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Sugar, white
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Flour, all purpose
- 1 1/4 cups Pecans, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup Chocolate chips, semi-sweet
- 1 Pie Crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2In large mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs until light and frothy.

3Stir in milk and vanilla. Mix well.

4Stir in both sugars and flour. Mix well.

5Stir in melted butter. Mix well.

6Stir in chopped pecans. Mix well.

7Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly across bottom of pie shell.

8Gently pour nut mixture over chocolate chips. Tap gently to release any air bubbles.

9Bake in 400 degree F overn for 10 minutes.

10Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake another 30-40 minutes, until set in center.

11Let cool completely. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
