Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Instant expresso ( dry )
  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1 Unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Pre heat oven to 350 F Mix the first 11 ingredients together mixing well then stir in pecan halves

    Pour filling into pie crust and bake for about 60 minutes.

    Cool completely on a wire rack and refrigerate over night
