- 12 cup unsalted butter, room temperature, plus 2 Tbsp. melted
- 14 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 34 cup light corn syrup
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (11 1/2 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F Line the bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.

2In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, flour and salt until coarse crumbs form, Pour mixture into prepared pan; press firmly into bottom .

3Bake unitl lightly browned, 25-30 minutes.

4Let cool 30 minutes.

5Meanwhile in same large bowl, mix, eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar and melted butter until well combined.

6Add chocolate chips and pecans; spread over crust.

7Bake until set, 25-30 minutes.

8Cool completely in pan before lifting out (using foil to lift).

9Cut into 32 bars.
