  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 egg yolks (save whites)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix together in saucepan.

    Cook on medium heat until it starts to get thick.

    Stir often.

    Remove from heat.

    Mix with mixer until creamy.

    Pour into baked pie crust.

    Top with meringue.

    Bake at 400° about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
