- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix margarine and flour until dough forms.

2Add chopped nuts. Put in oblong casserole pan.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy.

4Add Cool Whip.

5Put a layer of this mixture on crust.

6Layer with pudding mixture, then layer of Cool Whip.

7Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
