  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 baked pie shells (8-inch)
  • meringue

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients.

    Melt butter; add milk and egg yolks. Add dry ingredients and cook slowly, until thick.

    Add vanilla. Pour into 8-inch pie shells.

    Top with meringue.
