  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Prick crust and bake at 350° for a few minutes.

    Mix all ingredients except egg whites and pour into crust.

    Bake at 350° until pie barely moves when jiggled.

    Beat egg whites until stiff, top pie with meringue and bake until brown.

    (Total baking time for pie about 40 minutes.)
