  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Meringue
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
