  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Cream butter and oil well.

    Add sugar and beat.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

    Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.

    Bake in 10-inch tube pan (grease and dust with cocoa) for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325°.
