- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Directions

1Soften butter and cream with sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

3Add vanilla.

4Sift together flour, cocoa and salt.

5Stir soda in sour cream.

6Add sour cream and flour mixture alternately to sugar mixture.

7Pour into greased Bundt pan.

8Bake in preheated 325° oven 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.

9Invert on cake plate.
