  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk

    Preheat oven to 325°. Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Sift together dry ingredients. Add vanilla to oleo mixture. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
