- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Beat with egg yolks and milk. Cover over medium heat, stirring until thick. Stir in margarine and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Pour into pie plate or casserole dish. Set aside. Beat egg whites and add sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour on top of pudding. Brown at 350°.
