  • 1 cup nuts
  • 12 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups marshmallows
  • 1 (18 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 13 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 13 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)

Directions

    Mix sugar, cocoa and water in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle marshmallows on top.

    Mix cake mix and pour over mixture in pan.

    Sprinkle with nuts.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
