Chocolate Pudding With Rennet

- 2 3/16 tablespoons rennet junket, powder
- 2 1/8 cups milk
- 3 3/8 cups pudding
- 7/8 cup cream
- 11/16 cup brown sugar
- 7 ounces chocolate cooking
Directions

1Mix the rennet with about half the milk (enough only to dissolve the rennet).

2Bring to boil the remaining milk with cream, sugar, and chocolate broken into pieces, until chocolate melts.

3Add the rennet, and bring to a boil on medium heat.

4Keep mixing with a wire whisk. When mixture boils, remove from heat for a few seconds, stir, and then return to heat until it thickens.

5Divide into individual bowls.

6Refrigerate to gain consistency, and chill completely.
