- 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 3 whole Eggs
- 3-1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1-1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 29 ounces, weight Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 3 pieces Unsweetened Chocolate (1 Ounce Pieces, Melted)
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Directions

1In a large bowl combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. In a mixing bowl combine the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, pumpkin and melted unsweetened chocolate pieces. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips. Transfer the mixture into 3 greased loaf pans.

2Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
