Chocolate Raspberry Ladyfingers

  • 4 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
  • 1/2 cups Whipping Cream
  • 20 Ladyfingers
  • 1/4 cups Raspberry Jam
  • 1/4 cups Assorted Colored Sprinkles

Directions

    Microwave chocolate and whipping cream in a large microwaveable bowl on high for 2 minutes. Then stir and microwave 2-minutes longer. Stir with a wire whisk until chocolate is melted and completely blended. Set aside until needed.

    Place 10 ladyfingers on a cutting board and spread evenly with the jam. Then top each with another ladyfinger.

    Dip each ladyfinger sandwich in the chocolate sauce and then in the colored sprinkles. Place on a large plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
