- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup toasted, finely chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Spray 9X5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

3Melt chocolate chips and butter in small saucepan over low heat.

4Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt in large bowl.

5Add walnuts; mix well.

6Lightly beat eggs in medium bowl with wire whisk.

7Add milk, spreadable fruit and vanilla; beat until well blended.

8Add chocolate and milk mixtures to flour mixture.
