- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 250 g butter
- 1 cup raspberry jam
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180°C.

2Melt butter and add to sifted flour, cocoa and icing sugar.

3Keep 1/3 of mix aside, press the rest into a greased tray.

4Top with jam.

5Crumble the rest of the mix over the top, press lightly.

6Bake 20-30 mins till golden.

7Cut into fingers while warm.
