Chocolate Rum Moon Bars

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 box powdered sugar
  • few Tbsp. water
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. white rum

    Melt chips and butter with water in saucepan.

    In large mixing bowl,

    combine

    sugar

    and eggs.

    Add flour and vanilla and continue mixing.

    Add cooled chocolate mixture.

    Pour onto greased and floured cookie sheet (jelly roll style pan).

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.

    Remove from oven and ice.

    (Mix last 3 ingredients together.)
