- 2 1/4 cups cookies
- 5/8 cup dark chocolate
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons marsala
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions

1Break up the cookies into chunks.

2Melt the chocolate using a double boiler and allow it to cool slightly.

3Add the butter with the sugar by using a spatula until the mixture is light and foamy.

4In a bowl, add the chocolate, cocoa powder, egg, Marsala, salt, and the cookie pieces and mix well.

5Place the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper.

6Wrap the mixture into the shape of a salami.

7Twist the ends of the parchment paper closed and refrigerate the salami for 3 to 4 hours.

8Remove the parchment paper, coat the salami with powdered sugar, cut it in slices, and serve.
