- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. half and half
Directions

1Place chocolate squares and butter in small heavy skillet. Melt chocolate over low flame.

2In mixing bowl, combine sugar and cream. Add to melted chocolate.

3Stir over medium-low flame until sauce reaches boiling point.

4Reduce heat.

5Cook over low flame until sauce thickens slightly.

6Stir in vanilla. Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
