- 4 oz. baking chocolate
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. (approximately) vanilla
Directions

1Melt chocolate and butter together.

2Add sugar, stirring, until sugar is moistened with the chocolate mixture.

3Add evaporated milk and continue cooking and stirring until smooth. Add vanilla.

4Makes about 1 quart.

5Can be stored in refrigerator and reheated whenever desired.
