  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa

    Mix sugar, flour and cocoa together, then add hot water slowly.

    Cook until thickness desired.

    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
