- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 6 c. Rice Krispies (1 whole small box can be used)
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
Directions

1Combine sugar and syrup in 4-quart saucepan.

2Cook over moderate heat until sugar dissolves (as it begins to bubble) and stirring frequently.

3Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter thoroughly.

4Add Rice Krispies; continue to mix until all cereal is well covered.

5Pour mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan lined with waxed paper.

6Press mixture into pan.

7Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together in a double boiler.

8Pour over the top, spreading evenly.

9Cool until firm; cut into bars.

10Yields about 48 (2 x 1-inch) bars.
