  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sour milk (1 tsp. vinegar will sour milk)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • pkg. powdered milk
  • 3 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Bring to boil the first 4 ingredients; sift in a bowl the sugar and flour.

    Combine the two mixtures; add the eggs, sour milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Beat well and bake in a jelly roll pan for 20 minutes at 400°.
