  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together and set aside the flour, sugar, cocoa and soda. Boil together the margarine, oil and water.

    Add boiled mixture to flour mixture immediately and mix well, then add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.

    Mix well and pour into prepared sheet pan (I use Pam).

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
  5. 5
    Top with favorite icing.
