  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash of salt

Directions

    Bring cocoa, margarine and water to a boil.

    Remove from heat. Add sugar and flour, mix well.

    Add soda, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and salt.

    Mix well.

    Batter will be thin.

    Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 350.

    Pour into 11 X 16 inch pan.
