  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. Nestle Quik
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Mix in large bowl the flour and sugar.

    Bring to boil the oleo, oil, water and Quik.
  3. 3
    Pour mixture over flour and sugar.
  4. 4
    Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and baking soda.

    Bake in shallow pan at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
