Chocolate Sheet Cake

   Mix in large bowl sugar and flour.

   Mix in saucepan cocoa, oil, margarine and water.

   Bring to a boil for 1 minute.

   Pour hot mixture over flour and sugar.

   Add buttermilk, eggs and soda.

   Mix well.

   Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
