  • 6 tablespoons milk

  • One 16-ounce box powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Combine sugar, salt, and flour in a large mixing bowl.

    In a saucepan, bring to a boil butter, oil, water, and cocoa.
