- 1 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
- Cool Whip
- chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix flour and margarine.

2Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

3Put into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.

5Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

6Beat chocolate pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese mix.

7Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.

8Refrigerate for 6 hours.
