Ingredients
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. baking cocoa
- 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 T. melted reduced fat butter
- 3 large beaten egg yolks
- 4 large beaten egg whites
- 1/4 t. cream of tartar
- 1/8 t. salt
- 3 T. sugar
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan.

2Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, and heat to boiling.

3Remove from heat. Gradually add the beaten egg yolks to this mixture, and then stir in the melted butter.

4Set aside.

5Beat the next three ingredients with an electric mixer until foamy.

6Gradually beat in sugar until meringue forms stiff and glossy peaks.

7Gently combine the two mixtures and carefully pour into a well greased 6 cup souffl dish. Bake on lowest oven rack at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

8Serve immediately with fat free cool whip.
