  • 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. chocolate pudding

    1st Layer (Crust):

    Mix 1 cup pecans, 1 1/4 cups flour and 1 1/2 cups melted margarine together.

    Spread in sheet cake pan. Cook 10 minutes at 300°.
