  • 1 can Hershey's syrup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Cream together margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

    Add flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate syrup; mix well.

    Stir in vanilla.

    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
