- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 g sugar
- 7 pieces chocolate
- 2 tsp tea leaves
- 70 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.

2Put flour, sugar, salt, tea leaves and baking powder into a bowl and mix together well.

3Chop the chocolate into smaller sizes and put into the bowl.

4Beat the egg in a separate bowl and pour into the main mixture slowly with the milk.

5Mix well, then pour in olive oil and mix to make a dough.

6Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

7With your hands, form the dough into golf ball sized balls, put them on the tray and slightly press flat with your hand.

8Bake for 15 min and remove to a cooling rack.
